Q4 Challenge UPDATE 1

Hey friends,

we're already half way through October and it's time for the first update of the challenge. I hope you're crushing it and let's dive in:

Below you will find my impressions and updates for my rules.

1. & 2. Workout four times a week &
Do something for the first time

Check ✅ ✅
I'm hitting the gym twice and going to boxing classes two times a week 🥊

I never boxed before and always wanted to try it out and do something else than just gym workouts. So far it's an amazing decision.

The boxing training is crazy! Man I'm sweating like straight out the shower 😅

I never thought boxing would be a full body work out session.
Also I never felt as fit as I feel today. Working out in the gym gets you shredded and stronger, but I don't do much cardio. Also the exercises are pretty stiff compared to boxing.

I'm happy that I'm even so disciplined that I pay much attention to my nutrition.

3. Read 10 mins daily

Needs improvement. Honestly I consider reading only when I read a book. And that's not really the case. At least not everyday.

I'm reading much on my phone but it's all related to work and my business.

My goal was to read something which calms my mind and resets the vibe.

To help myself I ordered a new book called "The daily stoic" from Ryan Holiday. He is definitely one of my favorite authors and it's a one page a day book. I hope to improve on this habit during the challenge.

4. Meditate for 10 mins after waking up

Needs improvement. I did meditate couple times but the desired effect was not there yet. I was always kinda in a rush and often my mind was already at work and in a different vibe.

5. Invest at least ONE hour for your small business project

Probably the rule which I slayed the most! 💯💪🏾

After coming home from my job or workout I can't wait to work on my business projects. I invest even more than an hour and get all my tasks done.

A great inner motivation is that this extra work will eventually get me out of the 9 to 5 life.

6. Go for a long walk

Nope. Didn't do it.
I worked through all the weekends so far and couldn't find the time.

Coming up weekends are more free and I'm looking forward to hit the nature and going for cozy walk with a coffee ☺️

7. Journal daily

To be honest: FAIL! 😳 I can't believe it.

Actually in my social circle I'm famous for journaling daily but for couple weeks I can't write / motivate myself to journal and reflect. Just today (Friday, October 18) I'm going to write an entry and reflect on the previous weeks.

Really planning to be consistent again with this habit!

SUMMARY:

I would say I kinda failed the start. I expected to do better but my day to day life is fully packed:
The new full time job takes up like 11 hours a day.
The workout sessions and working on my businesses take up the rest.

I feel like I need to improve my time-management. Sort out few things to get more out of a packed day.

Anyway we are just 2 weeks in. There is time to improve and everyday I get the chance to get better so I'm not worried.

Aiight, this was the first update. 2025 is coming closer with each day.
My next to do is to check my vision board to get back in the vibez.

I hope you are doing well and crushing the challenge!

Til the next update my friend!

Enjoy life and bless up :)
