50 Day Challenge UPDATE 6

Wassup guys! Hope ya'll are doing good! ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ Welcome to the sixth update of the 50 day challenge. Today I'll start with an introduction and giving you some thoughts before going into detail and evaluating the rules.

After 30 days it really feels that time is passing like super fast. This week has been one of the most productive ones in the whole challenge. A big reason for this is all the work which has been done in the previous weeks before. You can say it always needs a bunch of small steps which after a certain time feel like ok I just made a big step. Everything just ads up. In this week I also realized and felt how powerful a daily routine is in order to accomplish your goals. A routine makes sure you get your shit done u feel me. It cuts off excuses and stuff like nah I'm not in the mood.

I started to change my method of creating a to do list. Usually I plan out the week by just writing down all the things I need to get done. I think most of us do it like that. But this way there is almost no guarantee of actually doing the tasks. Because if you plan out your week on a Sunday night with next level motivation and now it's Thursday and you just have a bad day, chances are high you will just skip the task. There is no structure and no order. Instead you should time block a couple hours every single only dedicated for one task. Write down what needs to be done as detailed as possible. The task must be crystal clear! It gives you a type of guidance and it cuts off excuses. This approach is just safer than to say ok I need to do this and that in the upcoming week.

Aiight, that was just my thought on improving your goal outcomes. This approach (time blocking) helped me a lot in the last few week. I will write another article about this topic soon with more details and benefits. But now let's go back to the main challenge and the rules! Let's have a look:

Writing and reading: Both went fine. Writing for me is just fun. I'm honest most of the times I just sit / lay in bed with my laptop and write couple hours. Reflect on previous week. Think about new projects. Write new recipes or work on a business plan. Just stay productive u know. Every hour I just do a lil break, scroll through Instagram or watch a music video and then I just continue. Reading complements the writing: I do a lot of research so I read many blog posts or articles. And before going to sleep I often read business management / attitude / self-improvement books. It just gives me good vibez.

Skills: I just donโ€™t use the word drawing or vocabulary anymore ๐Ÿ˜‚. Like nah! Stay flexible is my major point in this one. Again, I practice the skill I need right now. Like previous week it is all related to product photography and video editing.

Sports: Did a lot of walking but no gym no home workout. Annoys me quite a lot.

Waking up: YAY! Everyday I woke up early. Canโ€™t believe it and donโ€™t know why my sleeping schedule changed all of a sudden. I like it. And no joke: No naps either. Waking up between 8-10 and sleep around 2 am. I got 8 hours of sleep and feel fit and fine ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

Reels / Vlog: I'm like 5 days behind. I struggled with recording content because the last days were just the same. After putting out more than 30 reels unfortunately I did not break the 5 k view mark. Kinda unsatisfying tbh. I expected more. But I think this week I made a huge development in my reels. The edits become better and better- I just need better content. A lil bit more interesting instead of just me recording my desk and laptop or how I make a coffee. But edit wise I like my videos. 16 Videos still to drop and maybe one of those will break my personal record. Let's see. I can conclude that patience was the key for this level up. It took me really around 30 videos and only the last few were like ok they became pretty good. Like yes, there is development.

I try to apply this patience and small step forward attitude on everything else. It is actually motivating because I am just curious to see how good I can get u know. I can only recommend this type of approach: The only challenge is you against you.

Alright. This was a detailed update today. A lot of information and insights. I hope I could inspire you or give you some new thoughts! I'll see you next week ;)

Enjoy life and bless up!
